Ah see, we're private. They implemented a policy to fast track out as many low priorities that should be at an urgent care facility as quickly as they can without violating EMTALA. From a business standpoint, the system is actually quite well done and has done an excellent job of relieving some of the congestion and wait times in the ER.

i am running fast track tonight, fortunatley its not too busy. Both nurses I have realy suck, and the attending is more concerned about talking about her kids poetry or movies than actualy doing work. the whole staff knows shes a lazy POS yet nothing gets done about it.
7 more hours and i will have the room to myself at 2. the nurses will be pissed since i will be making them work.
