Its better than NJ, last time I asked about buying one up there, it was an application for a purchase permit, fingerprinting, application typically takes 60 days, then you have 30 days to buy one, and then you are subject to a 3 day (?) waiting period.

Unacceptable. I go to the gun store, pick the one I want, fill out the form, they call it in, I give them money, and I walk out with a shiny new gun. Wish I had some expendable cash. I haven't bought a firearm in far too long. |
