hello

Been lurking around for a few weeks and though I would introduce myself. Live in North Georgia ,and ride a Buell1125 and a Harley Electraglide. Wife also rides and has a BuellXBscg. Only been riding the sportbikes for a few years, the Glide may be for sale soon, but I have been riding bikes since I was a kid.

I love the CR now that I have the suspension dialed in and replaced the corsaIII's I had a xb12R before and loved the way it held in a corner like it was on rails . It took a little while before the CR felt as good .

didn't like the Corsa's? What did you replace them with?

Dunlop Q2's . They completely changed the ride of the bike. I never liked the feel of the III's. They seemed to fall in quick but not finish a corner well. I always felt like the front was drifting out. The Dunlops feel much more stable through the corners. They advertise a higher grip at larger lean angles which must be true because my chicken strips are bigger despite pushing the bike harder through the same curves. So far I don't have anything but good things to say about them

Welcome!

How many miles you have on them? I need new rubber in the next 1k or so... looking for options. I'll get about 4-4500 out of the PP's.

I'm leaning toward a Road 2 rear/PP front set up.

I love my Q2s. And I agree on the bigger strips than you'd think you have. Not that we have many corners here in sj

sorry for the late reply , must have missed the email. I got 4k out of the corsaIII , completely used up. So far I have 2K on the Q2's and they still look good, but I will be surprised if they go past 5k .
