Tailoring a Jacket

A few years ago my wife had a very nice custom leather jacket made. She has since lost a GREAT deal of weight. Does anyone know some place (Preferably in New England but not necessarily) that would alter it?

yup, thats the way to go, and find someone who has actually worked with leather and knows what they are doing!!

I had my Joe Rocket tailored and it worked out great but it must be someone who knows what they are doing because with the lining and different stitching styles it is easy to mess up and impossible to repair if a mistake is made!!!

one thing I'd do is also make sure they understand this is a RIDING jacket and not a fashon jackit... they should double stitch at the least.
