Hi All,

I would like to start this thread. I am now working from home so happy to finally get a dog. I chose a Cane Corso because my research shows they have very good temperments. Here is my little guy I will be picking up soon. Please post your photos. Does anyone have any ideas for dog names?

But that being said... you have no idea what you're in for. The hardest dog I ever had to raise... but it gave the best reward once he finally "clicked".

My little (well technically she is a giant for her breed) Sheltie, Beignet.

Smartest dog I have ever owned, stubborn as shit though. Plays mind games with me all the time when teaching her new tricks. She picks them up immediately but will half ass them just to fuck with me. The worst is fetch. She will not play fetch with me, but when I don't pay attention to her, she will start getting her ball and bringing it to me. Then when I stop what I am doing to play fetch, she refuses to play anymore. Sometimes she will play fetch with my wife while I am around just to fuck with me, then when I try to start play, she quits.

Got her trained as a therapy dog, been wanting to bring her to a kids hospital for sometime now. She loves kids.

RACER X 07-14-2014 05:52 PM

well, we put our boston terriers down, both a month or so ago, she was having suddenly starting having seizures and the boy had congestive heart failure, both were 12+ yrs old, so we wanted them to go together.

anyways we filled their void w/ our new GSD

we got her from the houston rescue group.

she was brought in w/ a horse of a GSD so they bred her a few times w. the horese and dropped out or whatever.

58lbs right now

we've only had her for a day, but we've she's already house broken, leash trained, heck won't go out or into the house w/o us giving her a command.

wonderful wonderful dog.

Ha! I was wondering if anyone would notice that.

Funny story about those...My Girlfriend spotted them on the apparel section of Kawis website and had to have them. She looked into it and they were unavailable through Kawasaki Canada. She was about to take a weekend trip to New Hampshire so she ordered them through the Kawi dealer in Bangor and had them shipped to a Hotel she was staying at. (Ya...She REALLY wanted them  )

Anyway, she gets the collars (And matching Leashes) and finds a nice big tag on all of them that says "Made in Canada"...Lovely:lol:
