I probably won't have a bike to ride now but I'll at least come up Thur and stay a night and drink a few colds ones with the gang.

Not yet Trip but it's at the dealership and I don't want to spend money on a new tire (already put a rear on, had to) just to sell it. I stripped all the comfy parts off it too and it hurts to ride for more than an hour like it is :lol:

eta: I also hate to pull it out of the dealership right now as it's had a lot more interest there than CL or my VTX forum. Almost went home last weekend, would have been perfect if it had :(

Me + 2 for thurs night at a friends and at the cabin fri and sat night.

Me and my buddy (if he can make it) are leaving Tuesday. Probably taking a day or so to ride the Gap or Cheroholla (sp?) beforehand, so we'll probably be there Thursday morning. I have no ideas what time as I refuse to make any sort of schedule for this thing. Vacation means no clocks.

IF you are going to be up this way, you should meet up with me/tommy/gasman/captain when we ride in thursday

We'll meet you. We're leaving Tuesday and driving to Tellico Plains. We plan on doing the skyway at least, maybe the gap too on wednesday, then over to Blairsville on Thursday. Might be a tall order to do all that riding on Wednesday, so we'll see, but we're definitely coming to the lodge on Thursday, so I'll get your number and call when we pull in.

As far as my comfy back seat. Being tsuami (gina) isn't flying in from vegas the "moving couch" is open. A.L. Has a point so I say we have a lisensed cat fight for the back couch seat. LOL. Seriously its cool either way. Its major comfort back there. Seat must have 8" of cushion, rear air shock suspsension sucks up most bumps. Oh let's not forget arm rests, cd player control, and we can rock headsets for intercomm, cb, and personal headset volume control. I'll see if I can finish the flatty mod. Trying to get the 42" to fold out of the right side saddle bag so it can be used during travel. Not sure though. LOL.

OK all but tt last part is true. The 42" is in the trunk and can't be used on the move. ;)

Ill be there Thursday afternoon with a buddy of mine. we'll only be staying Thursday night and all day Friday and then head home. cause i have work Saturday morning. So if anyone can Spare a few places to sleep It would be much appreciated.

We rode some yesterday and I'm taking her out tomorrow to see how it goes... Hopefully it wont he too painful for her to ride.

LMFAO...Have her ride thru a 3 hour Moonsoon/Thunderstorm then treak another 700 Miles to Georgia riding for over 17 hours to arrive at your destination...Then Hop back ON the bike after unloading and riding for another 2 or 3 hours

The good thing (for her if she's sore :D ) is she won't bump into me on the back of my bike, like a girl on the back of a sportbike does.

God damn the GS is an option for you sissys who go 2 up. It's comfy and doesn't have that slow mod done to it.

I'd ride her on the back all day long. I have NO ISSUES with that. infact I flat out told her what was expected of her wanting to come. and that this wasnt a sit by the pool and get a tan type "vacation"

It's not about my ability to ride 2up, Its me caring about the fact that the Zx6 isnt a cruiser nor is it comfortable for a passenger for all day riding.

I can't beileve I'm weighing in here, but you guys do remember I have the big passenger seat, nice swiveling sissy bar, big saddlebags holding spare helmet cruiser, right? A nyon e who wants to ride bitch with me needs to be ok with lagging behind a little, though. My buddy is bringing his V-rod, so that's also a less comfortable option. But if no one wants to ride on my backseat then I'll carry the cooler.

Alright sweet. It will probably end up being just me. My buddy Adam is probably going to have to work they have been a bit short in his department at the Hospital.
