First Bike

First off, my introduction post: http://www.twowheelfix.com/showthread.php?p=71951

Well; I am just about finishing my MC driver license and will need a bike as soon as I am finish Money isnt really a problem, my limited driver skills proberly is however

I have been thinking about: honda vfr 800 for quite some time now, the looks and the ABS is a real front speaker for this one

Lately I have really fallen in love with: KTM 1190 RC8, but there is no way a newbie could drive that monster is there? or should..

I have also been thinking about GSX-r 750, but there is no ABS on that one, right?

Thanks for the help guys, and great forum you got here

I would never go without my gear :) My mom told me to buy the best gear I could get, so I did. Will probably post some pictures.

every 600 i've seen will do 100++ mph. that's not slow in my book.

I started on an SV650S, and it was more than enough. It's real easy to get yourself into trouble even when you KNOW what you are doing and how to handle it. Even moreso when you don't have a clue.

And if you think a 600 is too small, not enough power, look at Ebbs. his 600 with "outdated" technology still managed to loop it, even with a somewhat experienced rider on board.

my .02

lol doubt it.
well....depends on what kinda 600. a 600 cruiser, and a 600 sportbike are two different beasts. if u want a sportbike, then a 600 is plenty quick.

My 92 600 is "slow" compared to the new 600 sportbikes out there...and I could still quickly get myself into trouble quickly! Newer ones are plenty fast!

get a busa, plenty fast enough, if its not enough, they make supercharged headlight fluid that will bump you up atleast 80+ hp
