Two threads for this poll and neither have a voting option.

Your "locked out" situation is beginning to make much more sense.

break a window ftw

RACER X 02-18-2009 06:12 PM

then call the FD after you're bleeding like a stuck pig. and now have to pay for a new window and stitches.......:panic:

either break in, or call a locksmith

I'm guessing FD = Fire Department?

If you call the Fire Department because you're locked out of the house I sure hope they show up with lights and sirens on so a big crowd shows up. Then while everyone is gathering to see what the trouble is, they realize why they've been called there and whoop your ass for wasting their time.

Break in or call a Locksmith.

call a realtor, get a new house and start a new life under the guise of Chad Mustachio

I would see if I could break in without breaking anything. Then I would call my family because a few of them have keys to my house. Then I would call a locksmith. If I had to get in the house right now for some reason and the locksmith was going to take too long I would break in.

I wouldn't call the FD because it wouldn't have crossed my mind.

man up and take responsibility: yes

here's another example: I had to make a business trip, so I scheduled a flight........Then the morning of, I missed the flight due to my own incompetence. So I paid the ticket change fee out of my own pocket. Not claim "oh that's just an ordinary business expense, so my employer should pay" :bs:
