Winston-Salem, smack in the middle of the state. Not bad because its only a couple hours to the mountains, or like 3-4 to the beach. Btw, been riding about 2 1/2 years. the ER-6 is my 2nd bike. Started on a hyosung gt250r (ugh, I already know).

Nothing wrong with the gt250r - it is what it is and does what it needs to do

It was a good bike to learn on, I'll give it that. I just wish hyosung was more supportive of their products. It was impossible to get parts for the bike.

Good feedback there!

Yeah, your complaint is not unique. All I can say, buy a Ducati and need parts in July. Their dealer support is tremendous, but parts availability might make you cry for the better availability of the hyosung parts.

Maybe not, but at least Ducati has dealer support. The dealers for hyo hate dealing with them. So no parts + no support....

But the bike has some great points. Its nimble, it actually feels like a SS bike except for the speed. Get 50-60 mpg easy, can go about 200-250 miles on a tank easy.

Glad I started on a 250, then went to the ER-6n.
