I wrecked on the straigtaway after the chicane on that track. I need to get that video ripped off my Hi-8 tape camera someday.

Two things I noticed:

1. that gyroscopic camera mount is pretty cool

2. not another soul on the track. Must have been nice.

Anyone else think that the way the camera moved level was trippy? I am still not sold on it after seeing it here and on MotoGP. Its just not right. I wish they had the camera mounted high and behind him, give a better view of the lean angle and of the rider hanging off the bike

But damn that guy had an awesome run.

This guy has three things going for him.

1. He's on a 2011 ZX10r.
2. He's on BT R10s.
3. He turns the bike hella fast.

I think it's super cool. I mean, it's hard to get perspective of the lean angle with the hard mounted cameras... And yes, it would have been great to see his form, but I thought the cockpit view was interesting.

It seemed to move awful fast from side to side, with exaggerated lean angles (at times). Having said that, I'd like to have one.

You want to see trippy? My phone got turned upside down partway through the video and flipped 180 degrees during one of his turns - seriously effed with my head
