Yep, its a few years old, his daughter posted it to reddit a few days ago and now hes being investigated for child abuse. The video is a few years old, and it is still a few years old, but yeh hes gonna loose his job an go to jail.

3. In an interview, the Judge says "He'd didn't do anything wrong and was disciplining his child.
