Yes... and from those blurry pictures I couldn't say whether just the thin shell surrounding the helmet was scraped up, or the structural integrity was compromised. My gut feeling is that the latter...

I disagree.... just ship it to the manufacturer to get it checked out. They'll either repair it, or give you a good deal on a new one.
