The large bikes I can understand.

If you have a touring bike, chopper or center stand I see the use.

I just found it funny that a bunch of sportbike guys that already have stands would buy these for convenience.

If you don't have stands already use the $30 and put it toward a set of T-Rex or Redline stands. IMO, of course.
