Many people in the medical field will not risk pushing certain drugs if they are unsure of your allergies, blood type, regular high blood pressure, religious affiliations and worst of all some might not go the route of extensive medical procedures if things look bleek if they are unsure that your insurance will pay. I suggest a fully filled out form like the one located here... fill it out and print it. It may just be the one pice of info that keeps you riding another day instead of dead from an allergic reaction.
