Here’s the skinny: We contact the folks at WERA and it has confirmed that the new bike will be allowed in its ‘C’ (600cc) as well as its ‘B’ (750cc) racing classes. As far as AMA Pro Road Racing is concerned, Technical Director Al Ludington revealed that as of this post, the new ZX-6R will NOT be allowed to compete in the Supersport or Daytona Sportbike classes.
