The guy that got shot had an argument with one guy then later runs into him again while himself being accompanied by this other guy and has another argument with the first guy and gets shot and blames the guy he was with and later says he was mistaken!? I know in a situation like that things can get confusing but, why would you be with someone you think would shoot you or why would the person you were with shoot YOU if you were having an argument with someone else.
If his story isn't true, I bet his friend tried to shoot the other guy and accidentally shot him!
