I'd like to know what constitutes a "plot". A bunch of internet posts?
I've seen plenty of people write posts about killing people or destroying things, including sharing technical details about how it could be done. Doesn't mean they intend to actually do it.
Walking around "checking out" the train system doesn't prove anything either.
