The first day, no. 11 days in a row is a WHOLE 'nother thing though.
I've done 1200 mile days on my Hayabusa. Do I recommend it? Hell no!
The BMW, I've done a 900 mile day and could have done a few hundred more.
"Reasonably comfy" being the key there.
