I'm pretty stoked. This thing was not easy to find. I did manage to find a BJ41 for sale two weeks after I bought this one. Same basic configuration as the BJ71 that I bought, but classic land cruiser (3B diesel and a 4 speed) and 3 times the mileage.

Got done with the title transfer and registration today. It's labelled as a private industrial vehicle because of the motor. Physically the truck is just as tall and wide as my 4Runner was, but about 4 feet shorter.

It's not as loud at speed as you might expect. Then again, it tach's out at about 70mph. I can also completely change lanes at a red light in 2 truck lengths.
