Don't get me wrong, I could have passed him anytime I wanted IF I wanted to go screaming by him! The parkway isn't somewhere I want to be strafing other riders! Especially with a personalized tag like mine! Had it been the Gap, I would have passed him immediately but, not on the parkway.
