I wouldn't see how you messed anything up only running it "20 seconds" at all.

If you took it out on the road and ran it hard then maybe the seals could have gotten stressed but if you never even took it out then I wouldn't be too concerned.

I never can remember capacity's either having two bikes plus with a 4, 6, and 8 cylinder cage in the driveway....I have to grab the manual everytime.
