Prior to the accident, I'd ordered from them a couple times, and they were awesome. Great customer service.. and on other items I DIDN'T order from them, they were always really great about being honest about prices, i.e. if they couldn't come close to matching something, they'd be upfront and just say "Hey, I'd love to, but that other place has a better deal... go for it."
