Mike Alessi wrecks on the first lap of Moto # 2 at Red Bud, MI.

The guy only got a concussion, several bruises, was knocked out for 3 minutes, but suffered no broken bones. Extremely lucky.

Man that was a grade a hottie that rode away with him!!!

Oh and I'm glad he's ok! This will sound bad but getting run over by a dirt bike in soft soil isn't that bad really. We were up at Tincup and I lost it and my buddy ran my legs over. I was wearing Fox pants, knee guards and boots. I didn't get hurt at all. I'm sure he was wearing much better equipment than I was. M. Allessi was probably injured from the crash more than anything.

I've actually seen a wreck very similar happen... same situation... dude wrecks on the back side of a large jump... gets knocked out and basicly gets run over/landed on by 4 or 5 diffrent people.. the one I saw he broke his ribs and wrist... but it was amazing that he wasn't killed...
