Default What the crap hit me!

Friday night I was riding home and felt something hit me in the leg. I thought it was a rock or a bug but then I happened to look down and just above my right knee (about the size of a quarter) were MILLIONS of teeny tiny red spiders.

Freaked me right the EFF out. Pulled over and did the heebie jeebie dance until I got all those suckers off me.

What the hell hit me?!

I don't know, but I hit a fucking armadillo friday night. We were going for a night ride, at about 3 AM. I saw several armadillos and s dead on the side of the road, so I assumed this one was the same. Next thing I know, he is suicide scampering at me. Caught me off guard and didn't have time to react. I guess he bounced off of my front tire and hit my right footpeg. The bolt that holds my footpeg to the rear set was snapped, but that was the only damage.

In light of my current banana spider plight, I just had to revive this thread for this post... funniest post EVAR regarding spiders.

Something came up at work just now that made me think of this thread and

One of the developers got an error message telling him a section couldn't appear more than once (blah blah blah).... he sends it to one of the other managers asking "What's this mean?" That manager IM's it to me, laughing... and all I could think was "By process of deduction......"

I think he actually DID respond to the guy and say "millions of teeny tiny red spiders."
