my last 24 hours...
ok, brief overview...
woke up yesterday its sub 30 degree temperature out side, what do i do bundle up, and jump on the rc for a lil 40 mile shake down to get a mouse for the snake and to some feed back from the new mods and shocks. shocks are great, if you ever need shock work done take it to honda of troy, they are great. decided to take the rc down to see the girlie, packed up the tribag system and tank bag and headed south to pc i changed plugs and removed the screening around my air filters, i got gasp 36 mpg it was cold and when i say i had 5 layers of pants and 4 layers of shirts and sweatshirts and full thermal underwear and elevtric socks... about 10 miles from the exit my gas light comes on, i decide i can make it to her house... i was correct, but when i left this morning i was coming up to the gas station and as i was pulling in, the bike died as i was coasting to the pump, talk about lucky!!!! then i was off to the dealership, pulled up and got off ppl were thinking i was crazy to be out riding since they are calling for some nasty weather and snow, but i had no choice since i only have the bike and wasnt going to be long... or atleast that was the plan as we walked out after my interview we relize my tire is flat, and they cant plug tires due to liability reasons, and they dont have pp so i had to make a quick descions, either dunlop qualifiers or metzler m3's ... i went with the m3's any comments on if they were the right ones to go with? but they were cool and cut me some slack on the price only 135ish plus labor, i know thats about normal for most online places, but this was a stealer that had me by the balls, mad props for them treating me right that said i might be working for them come tuesday, if any one needs to buy a new bike i might be their newest salesman, no shit and on a side note, the only thing that can make a man ride 500 miles in the freezing cold is a warm bed and someone you love, worth every moment to see you pc |

That's pretty much how it was at CMP in november last year. It was scary the first lap. Once the tire temps came up you could get after it though.
