Azoom, if that kid slides his outside foot forward and butt the peg against his heel he might like it. I know I did when I started doing it. It just all around felt better and lessened foot fatigue.

I have struggled with that my whole riding life. I have to constantly remind myself to move my foot forward... In my defense, I do have some big feet. When I'm doing it "right" I have my feet way cocked...inside foot way back and outside foot forward.

I wouldn't say you're wrong and I'm right. I try to do what I see the pros do. I tried this and it was overall better for me. Figured I'd share for people to try it.
