but at his high which is 158, he's not going nearly 2x the flow of traffic, and thats IF they were going 80, which i doubt.

Dude was in Connecticut, not France. Why would his speedo be in KPH?

Either way, what fucking difference does it make? He was clearly riding like an idiot, and the chick on the back is lucky to be alive.

How long have you been riding and you still don't know motorcycle speedo's are notoriously inaccurate at high speeds? If his speedo so 160's and he hadn't messed with the gearing on his bike, he was probably running high 130's or low 140's. Drop a tooth on the front sprocket or go up any teeth in the rear sprocket and it gets even worse.

Agreed, but given the speed with those cars I doubt he was up that high. Plus the lawyers had to play it up for added shock value to show they got their client all this money.
