Yeah, stiffer springs is one of the first thing I always do on a bike. I am not a 150 lb'er like most of the japanese bikes are set up for from the factory

No shit.. I had to change the preload on the rear shock from 4 to a 6 and the rebound from a 2 to a 3.

I am useless when it comes to adjusting my suspension...im not even big enough to move it unless its in motion or I get a running start...but last year the adjustments he made were like a whole new bike, it was AWESOME!!

I was just kidding.

I'm just dense.. 5'8" 30 inch waist 175lbs a few months ago.

I haven't been to the gym as much as I would like the past few months so I've dropped to around 167.

You're 5'8" and 175 w/ a 30 waist? you must be built like a fucking norseman. im 160 at 5'9" with a 32" (comfortably) and bench 200...
