I think the big cars were the only ones Peugeot imported in the 80s. I don't believe they brought anything cool like the GTI hatches over here.

Renault brought over the 5 in the form of the Le Car I mentioned above, but it sucked. They didn't import the 5 Turbo.

Last I heard there was still one existing Peugeot dealership in the US. It's in N. New Jersey (Paramus?) and is there basically to service the cars for the French foreign delegation working at the UN and at the missions. That might be a place to go for parts.
