All the good places to ride on the streets around Vegas are federal, that means huge tickets. Plus, I saw a lot of accidents and some deaths out there. I hadn't ridden on the street in over a year when I borrowed my roomate's bike to go on a group ride a month or so ago. I hated it, I don't miss riding on the street at all. The track is just so much more fun and so much safer. I know a lot of people who commute on their bikes and can't give it up, but I wouldn't do it, I hate the drivers here.

Also, the main reason to do it is that it's THE BEST FUCKING TIME YOU WILL HAVE IN YOUR LIFE.

Coming south.... My hope is that the NJMP construction stays on schedule, meaning that my track day company will be doing their scheduled day that they have locked up in mid october. If the time gets closer and it looks promising, you bet your ass I'll cajole you into doing it. And yeah, I said cajole. What of it?
