Contrary to popular belief, I like Obama. Prolly one of the very few presidents (minus Reagan) that I'm exicted when he gives a speech. He is very uplifting...but, I just don't believe in his policies all that much.

That is until you read into what he responded with. Not that it matters, because people are going to look at his snippy responses and look at that as "ownage". Which is why President Obama wanted it televized (and I'm sure the Republicans wanted it too). Both sides wanted to grand stand for their side.

The only benefit to Obama's always wanting to be on TV is that both sides want to show off for their voters and nothing ever gets done. President Bush did the Democrat one behind closed doors and look at all the disasters we got from those. McCain-Feingold and NCLB are prime examples of what happens when both sides are able to work together.
