Student. Was going to be Electrical Engineer but I recently (like last week) changed my major to Mining Engineering.

I was wondering what some of you EEs would say. Mining just looks like more fun to me. And I get to take all of the explosives courses

I was an Audit Process Manager for a state agency until I took a voluntary demotion to Field Auditor a couple of years ago to get away from stress and be closer to family (no pay cut either!!). I'm retiring June 30th....Can't wait!!

hell I don't blame you, one of my pledge brothers was a mining...he builds tunnels for a living and loves it. I sit in a cubicle and hate it...sooooo, take that as it is
