So what exactly happened? It looked like a fairly easy get off. Still looks fairly painful though.

Yeah wtf? I watch one of my friends flip with the bike and have it land on his knee and get right up and keep going.. granted it was only a 125 that weighed 175 lbs, but wtf? Did his boot grab and twist around?

I'm guessing foot stuck in a hole, planted, and the bike just crashed over into it...
