It was a joke and I agree that a leather punch would be the ticket.

However with the icepick leaving the material actually there you could plug the holes back up for cold weather riding.

I keed...I keed...I own a jacet with perforated leather.

Just make sure you are not wearing the jacket when using the ice pick right?
