I hear you on that. When I was trying to get my speed up it always felt like I was hanging off so much and felt like I was leaning over so far. Turns out in reality it wasn't even close, as I later learned through pics and vids. Once you get there you get more used to it though. Still, the pics show me what I still need to work on, which is getting my head down powering out of more of the corners, and a more consistent getting down of my torso.

That's why pictures and videos helped me so much. Try to get one of the instructors (or Mike Kurtz) who has a cam to follow you for a few laps. That shit helped me a ton. Also helped tighten up my lines, which still need some work... Loudon is so damn technical.
