I remember when that body style ruled the streets.
This was back in the 80's on the east coast so they were normal everyday cars.
None of that cheech and Chong bullshit with cars bouncing all over the place.
Back in the days when AC was FREEZING and when it snowed you just tossed a whatever you could find in to the trunk. At one point in my rocking two tone green V6Monte Carlo I had 3 spare tires. Full size spare tire...we didn't have any of those fruity donuts.

Another fine automobile whose memories have been tarnished by california people.

The best thing about the car was the GM emblem on the seatbelt buckle.

love that style of car, hate what he did to it.

if it had 454 / auto plus some goodies = pretty good strip times.

used to be a guy around here that had a malibu with a 400 swap. No more than 2 grand in the whole car and it ran consistant high elevens

If you can get them to hook up properly, the wheel stands are awesome. Local guy here has torn the rear bumper off of his more than once.

I always liked the mid-80's 442........Much better-looking than the Monte Carlo SS
