Thanks for writing. We have only three styles that are specifically made in wide sizes. The new Solution boot from Tour Master might have some appeal for you. 4E sounds really wide though. Only thing you could do is try them. We haven't had any feedback on fit that would be helpful I'm afraid.

Long ago, we used to carry a brand called cruiserworks that made all sorts of wide and narrow sizes. Most styles were sort of cruiser styles, but you might give that a go on Google and see what you can find.
