As for the job thing, I count myself lucky right now... I have to be one of the few people that has 2 good job offers available, and I just need to decide which one for sure I want to take.

and you'll be happy to know that a vast majority of our snow is gone due to the few days of rain we had.
Further, the temps are supposed to be in the 20's all week... all in all not bad.
