Somewhere between 60 and 80 feet? Depending if you land at the beginning of the top table or actually on the downside. I'm landing at about 75ft, so TECHNICALLY it's a triple, but the stock 250 is about to get shifted to 5th when I hit the launch.
I specifically ordered some go-fast parts for the bike including a high comp piston and pipe to clear this jump. I want to move up a class next race because they do not allow D riders to jump up it and I can comfortably get to the top. I just want to clear it out without needing a 450. This is the best video I could find of attempts at it, *it's not me* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7e394E2NkdY The difference between him and I is I was clearing the camelback/triple BEFORE the quad to keep my speed. I did take the water truck lane just to get a straight run at it too, and I got the same outcome on both tries. |

My girl actually got video of me hitting the back section now... You can see a GOOD profile of the "quadzilla" I hit. I take back being 80ft... It might be from the launch to the bottom of the downhill part, but what I'm jumping I think is maybe 50/60ft? You tell me...
Shot on a Droid Evo phone so none of that GoPro fisheye that can mislead the size of things http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXCD4ttROvQ |
