Those wheels lighter than stock?

In general, I'm on the lookout for: lighter wheels, aftermarket shock, belly pan and brackets, possibly front fender, rearsets that allow me to drop the pegs and draw them forward slightly... maybe an aftermarket steering damper if the deal's right... well, all this shit is if the deal's right LOL
The wheels are lighter, polished aluminum, the shock is a stocker thats been revalved and a different spring. The rearsets are ok, needs pegs and for a damper, use the stocker, replace the oil with 15wt, works like a pricey aftermarket unit. Belly pan is good on mine, front fender is carbon(GSXR I believe). I wont be down in Virginia Beach till after Christmas. The funny thing is I can get a yellow 2000 and a white 2001, just down the road for pennies on the dollar, a towing company by the beach picked them both up, but now I cant ride...Fuck.
