I bought a new backpack. I have a medium sized tank bag. I keep thinking of getting either saddlebags or a tail pack but I'm not sure yet. Oh and as far as rain gear goes, I'm off to Walmart for a $20 set. I don't ride in the rain if I can help it so it makes little sense to pay a bunch of money for it. I did buy and recommend buying 2.5 gallon sized zip-lok bags to put your stuff in. My biggest boggle is wat to do with the leather pants I just bought. I can wear them and hope that it doesn't get too hot or I can try to carry them but they are hella-bulky...

Amazon is your friend! Here's one I'm still thinking about. I need to make a decision by this weekend. http://www.amazon.com/piece-Rainsuit...outThisProduct

Since I'll be riding almost 600 miles I'm looking for something that will hold up for the ride there *just in case* it decides to rain the whole time. The thin shit won't hold up to the wind from what I'm told.

My knee pads may be Air-Ride and chrome plated but I have standards as to who I use them on.

I would get the tail or tank bag, you dont want to carry stuff on your back for that long of a ride.

Yea, that looks like the one I'm getting at Walmart. Best part is if I don't use it on this trip, it's back to Walmart for you Mr. Rainsuit!
