Default The return to supermoto

The return to supermoto has begun!

Last fall I had the RMZ in SM form, but once I had my last track day I switched it over to dirt. Now that I have the DRZ400E I don't have a need to keep the RMZ in anything other than Supermoto form

THIS time....she man be a bit blingy :yaho:

I've had the hots for a Suzuki DR400 SM for YEARS....my wife always says the same thing....

"I've SEEN you ride one of those things offroad and you're NOT having one on the street!!!! You'd be arrested before you hit the city limits!!"

Geez....no fun at all.

That said, I've seen the pics of your bike in SM trim and it does the business.

It just looks 1000 times better the smaller wheels just look goofy with a HYUGE front fender.

This is exactly why ours is never going to be street legal

Thanks, Track only.

I LOVE supermoto track days.I mean I enjoyed the street on my MZ, but that was 460 pounds and 47 hp (i.e. tame)...this is just under 220 pounds and a little more than 50 hp at the rear wheel (powerbomb makes a HUGE difference) and the difference between the two bikes is just stoopid nuts!

WITH that.....I could never ride this thing on the streets. I mean...it's like John Holmes being married kinda pointless to have all that potential wasted on just one woman

This thing has trouble written all over it, and the only safe thing to do is be away from the cops

I still have the DRZ400 for dirt, and I MAY add a dual sport sometime down the road if I get a street itch...but I don't foresee that anytime soon.
