This had me interested so I did some searching. Didn't turn up what you were asking about, but dud find this:

Unfortunately it seems that the site is damaged, so many links are dead, but I like what I see.

*EDIT* I had somehow gotten myself into their old site. Try the root:

My riding buddy's father had one of those. He was too short to drive it so he had the seat modified. Then he sold his house in Florida and he couldn't legally drive it in Canada ( no idea why, didn't ask). On top of that, he said it never worked right since the day he bought it so he sold it.
