I have a cheapo non OEM set on the CBR right now. The bike has suffered 2 non moving slow drops in the last 4 years and they have faired fine, no breaks or anything like that. I have a few $15 sets in my tool box just in case (going back a few bikes) and they have always treated me good.

Obviously they are not the same quality as OEM and high end aftermarket items, there is some play and I am sure they are weaker than the big $$$ ones, but in the end of the day they still work just fine.

I have Pazzo shorty's on the Buell, and cheapo Ebay ones on the SV.

Love the feel of the Pazzo's and they match the frame, the cheapo ones are pretty much the same as stock, but cheaper and with a fake cf finish.

I dig my pazzos, wish I'd bought both sets though so I could have a short clutch and long brake

I drank the Kool Aid and Got the Pazzo shorties for the B King. they well made and work great. But to be honest I am not sure they $175 better than the Originals

They are on the Buell. Stockers just didn't have a good feel.
