Tricky:

Best 'old' bike: KH500 (the widow maker)

Best 'fun' bike: Buell S1 Lightning

Maddest Bike: cant choose between the z1000 with the Mr Turbo and 'fingers crossed' brakes or the GSX1400 with the supercharger.

Most outrageous: Last trike I built - Porsche 914 3/4 race tuned, 140mph quarter at Santa Pod.

Worst bike: Benelli TNT, okay as long as you didn't ride it.

Best bike of all: My new modded GSX1400.

What didn't you like about the Benelli?

You have excellent taste!! My wife who is looking over my shoulder is telling me that I am never allowed to play with you with out mental health staff present.
That noted I would love to know what your experience with the TNT was?
Also as a fellow Frankenstein builder (A few years back I put together a GT40 look alike using a tweaked Mazda 13b with a 7.5 Camden Blower on top) you have any pictures of you trike?

Hands down my 99 Tl1000s
Handled, comfort, was very low maint. up until I forgot to tighten the cam chain sprocket bolt once. Got rid of it piece by piece and I had alot of pieces after owing it for a solid 9 years and hording parts.

TLS was a great bike cept the frames used to break at the air box mounts other than that they rocked. A friend of mine broke two of them in the same spot and both were replaced by suzuki, they gave him the parts but would not pay the labor.

I love my V-Max. My favorite was my 929 before it was stolen though. I've owned a lot of bikes and none of them did everything as well as the 929.

Performance wise, my gsxr is by far the best bike I've ever had but only because I've poured so much into performance parts for it.

My most favorite to just ride...that would have to be the '93, 600 Kat. That thing rode like a dream and ran really well for it's age.

Most fun to screw with people thinking it was slow, the '90 Radian won that one hands down. That thing ran great when most wouldn't expect it.

My latest ride, the '01, 929, is quickly becoming my favorite so far. If I could just get used to the power wheelies, then I will like it much more.

I love my Superhawk too. I think it is just about the best all around bike ever made.

I also love the supermoto too though. Grinmaker for sure.

Probably my current 07 R1.

When I rode more with the "Harley crowd" then it would be my BigDog Bulldog.

Other bikes I've owned and enjoyed through the years...

2000 R1

98 ZX9R

93 ZX-11

Honda 600 F2 and an F3

The wife's 07 R6 is fun to ride too but unless it gets real twisty I'd rather be on my R1.
