Default PSA for colorado riders

Mountain roads are considered hazard zones now, like school/construction, therefore the tickets cost sticker price x2. Again, this is just Colorado.

i know i am going to be spending a couple days out there riding, even doing ppikes peak, test the fi on the rc51
