This is a seven year old video, recorded by his daughter when she knew that she was about to get a whipping. This could have a few ramifications, I'm thinking.

Yep, its a few years old, his daughter posted it to reddit a few days ago and now hes being investigated for child abuse. The video is a few years old, and it is still a few years old, but yeh hes gonna loose his job an go to jail.

3. In an interview, the Judge says "He'd didn't do anything wrong and was disciplining his child. What bothered me is that there are people out there who can watch this video and think that this is "discipline". The behavior exhibited, is not that of a parent disciplining their child. No, the one that posted the video is 23 now. At the very beginning of the video, you'll see a toddler in the room and the guy yells at his wife to get her out of the room.

But he surely has visitation with the younger one. Hopefully someone looks into that.

Yup, already heard that. Given his own actions, I consider her motivation to be meaningless. He did what he did.
