How does he get arrested, go through booking, get bailed out, get home, and get in another car in 2 hours? Get a DUI here and they won't let you post bail for at least 4 hours after getting booked.

thats what I couldnt figure out. usualy they keep you untill you sober up, or thats how long it takes for the wheels of justice to spin..

I figured it may be a small hick PD and they just processed him and sent him on his way.

A friend called as he was getting pulled over. Bailed out an hour and a half later, and he was waiting when I got there with cash.

you would think someone would have stopped him from getting back behind the wheel again.

Nah prolly sent him for the next beer run.
