Just once, I wish someone would resist the urge to pick and choose statistics that "support" their news story. The total number of americans is at its highest ever, too. And the poverty rate now is less than it was in the early 90's or the 80's. (And way less than in the 60's.) Not all that harrowing, if you ask me. |
