I'm glad to see our congress is working on the important things.

Besides our government basically being a dictatorship now, what authority does the government have to tell a private company how loud they can play private advertising?

The same authority they have to do whatever else they want to.

While I do feel loud commericals are annoying, I find Congress more annoying for meddling in shit like this.
